I'm sure most of you are aware of the "growing" bedbug problem which is spreading across the country.. Here are 2 links to information regarding the situation:
The bedbug epidemic has been well documented in Chicago by a variety of groups, including Metropolitan Tenants Organization, Safer Pest Control Project (a nonprofit), and Lakeside CDC. Alderman Moore also called attention to this issue in a high profile story in the Chicago Tribune more than a year ago. I am not sure what has transpired on this issue in city council since, but at least it is not a new problem.
The NHNA was formed in February 2003 to provide the North of Howard neighborhood,(historically known as Germania) with a forum, giving all North of Howard residents full representation and a voice in all issues affecting our past, present and future community direction, development and quality of life.
