NoH TEEN BADLY BEATEN MONDAY EVENING....
A North of Howard teen was badly beaten Monday evening on his way home from school. The attack and robbery took place at Jonquil and Ashland, directly under the 'blue-light' police camera at that intersection. Is anyone monitoring these cameras live, or are they used only for tapes of crimes after they're committed?
