A Rogers Park man was arrested and charged with robbing a Northwest Side bank in November, authorities announced Thursday. Bogdan Lungu, 23, of the 1000 block of West Pratt Boulevard was arrested last week after being charged with the Nov. 17 robbery of a Chase Bank branch at 5813 N.
