What: The Chicago Police Department’s CAPS Implementation Office and Troubled Buildings Unit, in partnership with the Departments of Buildings and Law, and the Community Investment Corporation (CIC) will host a workshop series for owners and managers of residential properties.
Goal: To help managers and property owner increase their personal safety and work with police and other partners to improve safety surrounding their properties.
Topics: Topics include but are not limited to: Understanding the Building Code, Personal Safety, Tips to Reduce Crime at Your Property.
Schedule: Identical sessions will be offered in the morning and evening. Sessions are free to all property owners and managers but space is limited.
