As per this post by Rogers Park Bench, we've been hearing from the incumbent Alderman for the past 10 years about the 'coming' street scape for Howard Street and now Morse Avenue. Our neighboring Wards (47th & 48th) get things done as opposed to the grandstanding of Mr. Moore. Time for a change, Vote Gordon!
