As the article points out, this trend is underway in various parts of the country, inc;luding Chicago. IMHO this is even more reason to maintain the current B1-3 zoning on the 7600 block of N. Paulina, which requires retail on the street level. It is this kind of 'progressive' development thinking we need encouraged in Rogers Park. Read it here!
